Founded by two business professionals native of Puerto Rico, LEVEL787 was created with the goal of offering web development and web design solutions to small businesses of all markets, but specifically small contractors. LEVEL787 was created in Atlanta, GA, but our company name pays homage to our birthplace in San Juan, Puerto Rico which is known with the area code 787.

As a fully bilingual team, our mission is to help small businesses in the Atlanta Metro Area, where we currently call home, as well as our fellow Hispanic small-business owners. At LEVEL787, we understand the challenges that small businesses face in establishing a strong online presence. With competition growing fiercer by the day, having a professionally designed website is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. That's where we come in.

José is a seasoned web developer with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites. With a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for creating seamless user experiences, José has successfully led numerous projects from conception to launch. He specializes in both front-end development and is committed to staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving his skills to deliver top-quality solutions.

José has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and enjoys video games and spending time with his family.

Maylisse Matos (pronounced Mai-lis Mah-tos)

Maylisse is a highly skilled project manager with over 15 years of experience in leading and delivering complex projects across the construction industry. With a strong background in project planning, execution, and team management, Maylisse excels in driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget. She has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.

Maylisse understands the unique challenges that small contractors face to promote their businesses. She is dedicated to implementing best practices in project management and understanding of the industry to achieving the highest standards of excellence in every project she undertakes.

Maylisse has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development. Maylisse enjoys travel and spending time with his family.
